First Aid in the Outdoors (HSE approved)

Before you can become a qualified outdoor instructor or hold any outdoor qualifications you will be expected to hold a current valid health and safety executive (HSE) approved first aid certificate. Our training course takes place over two days and once completed you will be a qualified first aider through an organisation called Mountain medicine.

Mountain medicine specialises in providing the full HSE first aid at work course but with an additional element that focuses specifically on the outdoors.
